As Director of Indirect Cost Services, Shane McGinnity Parnell, CFE, CGC has been working exclusively in Indian Country for the past decade, and is our lead contact for indirect cost services. She holds a degree in accounting with an emphasis in information technology, and is a Certified Fraud Examiner, and a NIGA Certified Gaming Commissioner. She has been interviewed and quoted in Indian Law Reporter regarding Indirect Cost issues. As a former auditor focusing primarily on OMB Circular A-133 single audits, as well as an active Certified Fraud Examiner, Shane has the experience and expertise necessary to assist in identifying and processing the Tribe’s financial statements to the best indirect cost advantage. In addition, Shane has worked with negotiators at all levels at the National Business Center’s Indirect Cost Center, creating and maintaining a positive working environment that facilitates open communication and assists in aggressive negotiation on behalf of the Tribes.
